Methods to promote your online business for free

Some idea to promote online business for free

1. set up a free website, with Weebly or Wix (gonna check on this one)

2. include your business on Google via a free Google business listing (really? Google do a free listing?, i have to check this one out!)

3. Order free business card from VistaPrint (I do know this one, it is not free free, but you need to pay a minimum fee for delivery)

4.  Get a free word-of-mouth referral from satisfied customers

5. Get listed in free directories related to your target market and the products or services you offer

6. Create a free Newsletter (education purposes) and sent it periodically to your leads

7. Create an email signature with your contact and business info for free (e.g. mylivesignature.com)

8. Create a free Business facebook fan page

9. Ask your past clients for referrals

10. Create a free meetup group on www.meetup.com

11. Make an ebook for free and give it away to prospects at no cost

12. Comment on blogs with constructive feedback and get free exposure

13. Invest some time and answer people’s questions or concerns on forums to get free exposure

14. Offer free consultation sessions or product review

15. Submit guest blog posts to other popular blog and get free traffic from their sites

16. Sign up for free online banner exchange

17. Host a giveaway for a sample of or a gift certificate for your product or service for free

18. Cross-promote and partner up with other businesses to promote your business while you promote theirs

19. Generate free generic traffic through SEO (search engine optimisation)

20. Develop an app for free and include branding within it

Last Saturday went to the entourage seminar and i learnt a valuable lesson.

Emailing

Dear my diary,

One of my to do lists, to find a shop and write an email to them, stating that I would like create a win win business opportunity for both of us.

Once i finished writing my email..

i wrote another action (number 14)

To Contact customer in 5 days time if he or she does not reply on 04xx-xxx-xxx

After a good 10 minutes (while i am procastinating)
I received a phone call, from the number above!

I was like... SHIT... why the hell she/he contacted me so FAST????

and one of my downside is, I HATE TAKING UP PHONE CALL!

and i let it rang.... and guess what? i did not answer the call

HOW DUMB CAN I BE??? I COULD JUST RUINED MY CHANCE TO DO A BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!!!

WHAT THE HELL AM I THINKING???

I FEEL SO DUMB NOW!!

i need to change the way i act from now on! Just answer that silly phone first!!!!

How stupid can i be??
