the entourage seminar

Last Saturday went to the entourage seminar and i learnt a valuable lesson.

1. Look for demand in the market! HUNGRY CROWD is your friend... early market penetration and always ask them what they want and HOW do you want us to deliver... and always go for inside out, outside in strategy. it is called 360 branding

in summary ITERATE

2. Leverage your marketing, doing more with less. Save time, cost Productivity. Why? Becase we have less

We need to be credible 
We need to be remarkable
and
We need to be visible

Stop selling, We are in the business of educating customer, Always create solutions to their problem

in summary Looking what is matter

3. Build SYSTEM (documented everything you know!)
then Hire GREAT PEOPLE
then Build CULTURE

That is the steps.. Always SPC -SYTEM PEOPLE then CULTURE

then DILUTE yourself from day today job

Always act without reflectiong.. we do not need to be perfect. 

"WhATever you are doing IS ALWAYS YOUR FIRST DRAFT"
